Here’s a Pretty Candy Cane for You! This is a quick project to make and uses few supplies. It is nice to have a gift to give to friends and visitors. So make plenty!
SUPPLIES:
Candy Cane from your local store. This one is about 5-1/2″ tall
Stamps: Sparkling Snowflakes Stamps (also part of a Punch Bundle until January 3, 2024)
Ink Pad: Cherry Cobbler ink pad
Cardstock: Basic White cardstock
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Tailor Made Tags Dies
Ribbon: Real Red & Gold 3/8″ Dotted Ribbon
Adhesives: Glue Dots
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Tag:
~Choose your Words and the Tag that fits best.
~Stamp your Words with Cherry Cobbler ink.
~Cut out with the desired Tag Die
~Put a Glue Dot on each side of the hole in the Tag.
2-Ribbon:
~Thread both ends of your Ribbon through the Tag Hold from the back to the front. I think I used about 12″ of Ribbon.
~Put your Candy Cane through the Loop at the back of your Tag. Pull the Ribbon tight.
~Even out the ends of your Ribbon and tie your Bow.
~Position your Tag where you want it on your Candy Cane.
~Press the Glue Dots to your Candy Cane to hold it in place. Yes, at least one of the corners will be rounded.
Your Pretty Candy Cane is ready to give to someone.
