This Christmas Ornament with a Tag can be personalized when you write someone’s name on the Tag. Use any pretty paper with coordinating cardstock and ribbon. This will look great on any Christmas Tree! You can even have the kids design their own!
SUPPLIES:
Cardstock: Garden Green cardstock
Basic White cardstock
Season of Green & Gold 12×12 Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Sentimental Christmas 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP) (sorry, sold out)
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Spotlight on Nature Dies (also part of a Bundle)
Designer Tags Dies (on the Last Chance List)
Ribbon: Real Red & Gold 3/8″ Dotted Ribbon (on the Last Chance List)
Punch: 1/4″ hold punch from your desk or local store
Adhesive: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.-Choose Your Papers and Die Sizes:
~Larger Circle die will be the “background”.
~Smaller Circle die will be the DSP on each side of your Ornament.
2-Die Cut:
~1 Larger Circle from Garden Green cardstock.
~Smaller Circles: 1 from Season of Green & Gold DSP, and 1 from Sentimental Christmas DSP.
~Tag from Basic White cardstock
3-Finish Your Ornament:
~Glue your Smaller Circles to your Larger Circle. If your patterns have an “Up & Down” direction, make sure you glue them on with the top in the same direction.
~Punch a hole at the top.
~Write a name or message on your Tag now if desired. This can be done later if you want.
~Cut about 8″ of Ribbon and thread through your punched hole.
~Thread your Tag onto your Ribbon making sure the “Front” side is facing out.
~Tie the ends of your Ribbon in a knot.
