Here is our second card using the Botanical Blooms Bundle and Botanical Gardens Vellum Stack. This card is much quicker to make than the last one shown, but still will impress the person you give it to. This card is even good to give to men! (But probably only if he is willing to wear a flowered Hawaiian shirt. You couldn’t pay my DH enough to wear a flowered shirt. My DILs could con my sons into wearing a flowered shirt though.)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut your Hello Honey card base at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
2. Choose the Vellum pattern you want from the Vellum stack. Cut at 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″.
3. Cut your Mossy Meadow at 2-1/4″ x 5-1/2″. Cut your Leaf Border with the Big Shot. I just used SNAIL on the back including the leaves to attach it to the Vellum.
4. Make your Banner. Choose the paper you want. I think I used the Banner Framelits. (I really should write things down!) It is about 1-7/8″ wide x 3-1/4″ long. You can just cut a rectangle and cut the notch or use the Banner Triple Punch. Attach it to the Vellum with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
5. Cut out your flower and fern parts.
~Cut your fern type leaf from Mossy Meadow. I used the Precision Base Platform. If you use your Magnetic or Multipurpose Platform make sure both cutting plates are FLAT so every part will cut well!! You can use the Big Shot Die Brush to help remove it from the Thinlit.
~Cut your large flower from Cajun Craze card stock
~Cut your Flower center from Hello Honey card stock
6. Assemble and attach your Flower and fern to the Banner. Lay out to decide where you want to put everything.
~Add your Fern with a couple of squished Glue Dots to make them thin enough to fit underneath the card stock. Notice the fern hangs off the Banner and over to the Leaf Border.
~Slightly curl up the Flower center and attach it to the Flower center with a Glue Dot or two.
~Place a half Stampin’ Dimensional on the back of the each center petal and in the center back of your flower. I also squished Glue Dots into a line and put at the tip of each thin outer flower petal. Place over the end of your Fern. (Sorry about all the white space. WordPress just would not do the crop like I wanted. I spent way too much time trying to fix it. I really wanted you to see how the inside petals stuck up with a half Dimensional under them.)
7. Put SNAIL or Glue Dots on the back of your Vellum under the Leaf Border solid areas and under the Banner pieces. Yes, the lower left lorner is loose and not attached.
8. You now have another all occasion card to give someone special.
Happy Card Making!
