INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Cut Your Papers:
~Pear Pizzazz Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″.
~Old Olive Card Layer: 4″ x 5-1/4″
2-Cut & Emboss:
~Emboss your Card Layer with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. Use Plates #1 and #4 with your Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine.
~Use the Stitched Rectangle that measures about 2-3/4″ x 4″. Cut your Card Front from Basic White cardstock.
~Cut your Birds from Pacific Point cardstock. Put in a bowl or something so you don’t lose them. Or wait to cut them when you need them.
3-Card Front:
Stamp:
~Tree Trunk and Branches with Soft Suede ink in the center of your Stitched Rectangle Basic White Card Front.
~Leaves several times with both Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive ink. Stamp at a slightly different angle or place each time. If you use Pear Pizzazz ink first, you can use Old Olive ink without cleaning your stamp. Clean your stamp when switching from Old Olive ink to Pear Pizzazz ink. Stamp your Leaves until you are happy. I stamped the Pear Pizzazz twice. I think I stamped the Old Olive two or three times.
~Draw lines for your grass with your Light Old Olive Stampin’ Blends. You could also use a Stampin’ Write Marker or Watercolor Pencil.
~Use Glue Dots to attach your Birds to the Tree.
4-Finish Your Card:
~Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach your Card Front to your Old Olive Card Layer.
~Glue your Card Layer to your Card Base.
Your Blue Birds in a Tree Card is finished.
