Alex designed and made this Beautiful Autumn Leaves Shaker Card. He used the Stitched Leaves dies and the Autumn Punches.
SUPPLIES:
Cardstock: Cajun Craze
Pumpkin Pie
Crushed Curry
Old Olive
Window Sheet #142314
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Stitched Leaves Dies #153567 (Part of Bundle)
Punches: Autumn (3 pack) #153609 (part of Bundle)
Adhesive: Foam Adhesive Strips #141825
Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut Your Papers:
~Cajun Craze card base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Cajun Craze Shaker Card back: 3-3/4″ x 5″
~Pumpkin Pie Shaker card front: Cut two 3-3/4″ x 5″
~Window Sheet: 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″.
Card Front Cut & Punch:
~Cut your Large Leaf out with the Stitched Leaves Die of your choice.
~Punch out one of each Punch from the bottom.
~Stamp now if desired.
Shaker Leaves:
~Punch several leaves each from different colors of cardstock to go inside the shaker card.
Shaker Card Foundation:
~Glue your Window Sheet under the Large Leaf.
~Put your Foam Adhesive Strips around the edge of your card front and one strip close to your Large Leaf. I had him extend the Foam Adhesive Strips down the sides and across the bottom.
~Very Important! Rub your Embossing Buddy (retired) or a Kleenex around the inside edges of your Foam Adhesive Strips in the Shaker area to remove the stickiness and prevent your small punched leaves from sticking to the sides.
Finish your Shaker Card:
~Lay your Card Front with the Foam Adhesive Strips facing up.
~Put your Leaves in the center of the Large Leaf on the Window Sheet.
~Peel of the Foam Adhesive Strip backing.
~Lay your Cajun Craze Card Back on top of the Foam Adhesive Strips. Trim if necessary.
~Glue your completed Shaker Card Foundation to your card base.
Your Beautiful Autumn Leaves Shaker Card is finished.
