You can easily make Be Dazzling Paper Die Cuts. It is easiest to use an Outline Die instead of a Detailed Die. You will end up using your scissors to cut out some of the small pieces from a Detailed Die

Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Meadow Moments Embossing Folders #153126
Adhesive: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
CARD INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Cut Your Papers:
~Pool Party Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Coastal Cabana Card Layer: 3-1/4″ x 4-3/4″
~Bermuda Bay Card Layer: 3″ x 4-1/4″
2-Make Your Card:
~Die Cut your Be Dazzling Flowers as shown in the video.
~Emboss your Bermuda Bay Card Layer with the Meadow Moments Embossing Folder of your choice.
~Glue the pieces together in this order:
~Be Dazzling Flowers to Bermuda Bay Card Layer.
~Bermuda Bay Card Layer to Coastal Cabana Card Layer
~Glue all Layers to your Card Base.
Your Card is finished.
