1. A Starter Kit costs $99.
FREE shipping this time. You will also pay local tax for your area.
~Occasionally, there will be Joining Promotions. These begin and end on certain days and are not valid before or after that date.
2. A Starter Kit contains the Business supplies
to help you get YOUR Business off to a great start so you can start holding events right away!
The Stampin’ Up! Starter Kit allows you to choose up to $125 in merchandise. You can choose whatever you want! I do have a few suggestions to help you if you do not have many Stampin’ Up! Supplies.
Otherwise, remember to order the supplies you can use for your first events. Order only current supplies so you can sell them. I would avoid Clearance Rack and Last Chance Retiring items as they are no longer current. Spend your Business Dollars well so those you share with can easily order the supplies to duplicate the projects you show them.
3. You get to choose the products in your Starter Kit!
Choose what you want BEFORE you start the signup process as this may take some time. Don’t overthink it! You can order more later.
~When you choose a Stamp Set or Bundle ALSO get the Suggested Stamp Blocks if you don’t have them!!
~Choose up to but not over $125 in current Stampin’ Up! Products. This includes your Stamp Set or Bundle and the Stamp Blocks you choose. Choose products you can use in your first event.
~Occasionally there are special Starter Kit Offers which let you choose more products. If this is one of those times, choose up to but not over the amount listed.
~There are some suggested options below if you do not have many Stampin’ Up! Products.
STARTER KIT OPTIONS
Some Suggested Basic Supplies to get YOU Started if you don’t have many Stampin’ Up! Products. Write down the item # for each thing you want so you can quickly put the numbers in your Starter Kit Order.
You can choose UP TO BUT NOT OVER $125 in products! Your next orders will have no restrictions except your budget.
OPTION 1: Product Suite
Check out the Product Suites which include a variety of things. You will just need to add the suggested Stamp Blocks, cardstock, ink pads, adhesives and Basic Tools. If your Product Suite includes a Bundle with Die Cuts you will need a Die Cutting and Embossing Machine to use the dies and/or Embossing Folders.
OPTION 2: Stamp Set or Bundle
~Choose a Stamp Set or Bundle. A Bundle includes a Stamp set and either a Punch or Dies. You will need a Die Cutting & Embossing Machine if you choose a Bundle with Dies.
~Get other Basics to use with your Stamp Set or Bundle including the suggested Stamp Blocks.
~Choose a stamp set that has both images and words. Choose one that can be used for a variety of occasions. A Bundle with a Punch is nice. If you choose a Bundle with dies you will need to have a die-cutting and embossing machine, such as the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine.
OPTION 3: Patterned Paper
~1 Package of Designer Series Paper (DSP). These are double-sided patterned papers. Coordinating colors are listed for each paper.
~2 packages of Assorted Cardstock that have several colors that coordinate with your DSP. Some of the other colors will also coordinate with your DSP.
~Ink Pads: Choose 2 darker colors that coordinate with your DSP. You could also choose the Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad.
BASIC TOOLS:
Very Basic Tools:
~A Paper Trimmer (#152392) with both cutting and scoring blades.
~Stamp Blocks in sizes suggested by your Stamp Set.
~Stampin’ Pierce Mat (#126199) to use with Photopolymer Stamps to get a great stamped image every time. Cling Stamps do not need this as they come with some padding.
~Ink Pads. Start with either a Memento Tuxedo Black OR 1-2 darker colors you like that will go with your Stamp Set or DSP. Darker colors show up best when stamping words and outline stamps. You can buy more later.
~Simply Shammy (#147042) to clean your stamps. You put water on it to clean your stamps.
Adhesives:
~Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755). This lasts a long time if you use thin lines of glue on your projects.
~Stampin’ Seal (#152813): two sided tape runner. You can buy refills (#152814).
~Stampin’ Dimensionals (#104430): Foam dots to add dimension to your punched or die cut images. Regular size #104430 and/or Mini #144108.
Advanced Tools:
~Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine-Standard or Mini: Use with Dies and Embossing Folders. The Standard size costs $120, choose and adhesive or ribbon or embellishment that costs $5 or less to complete your $125 in merchandise. Thin Mini costs $60 so you will have more money for products.
