Make Two Cards from One Element using the August 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit. You can also use any large area detailed die for this easy Technique.
SUPPLIES:
August 2026 Kindred Greetings Paper Pumpkin Kit
Ink Pad: Granny Apple Green ink pad
Old Olive ink pad
Basic Black ink pad
Cardstock: Old Olive cardstock
Basic White cardstock
Tool: Sponge Dauber
Adhesive: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Stampin’ Dimensionals
Glue Dots
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Gather your Kit Supplies:
~White Card Base folded at the Score Line
~Framed Leaves Die cut element
~Choose your Die cuts for your Words
~Stamps
~Baker’s Twine
2-Technique:
~Position your Framed Leaves Die Cut on your White Card Base where you want it. I just held mine in place.
~Ink up your Sponge Dauber with Granny Apple Green ink.
~Ink up yoru Frame and Card Base Border using straight movements. If you don’t want the half circle marks on your Frame or Border, then rub your freshly inked Dauber on scratch paper before inking your project.
~Use Swirly motions over the Leaves. Press your Dauber down in the open spaces.
~Repeat until you are happy with the look.
3-Finish Card 1 The Sponged Card Base:
~Sponge your Word Die Cut with Old Olive ink.
~Stamp your Words with Basic Black ink
~Tie a Bow with the Baker’s Twine.
~Attach your Bow to your Words die cut with a Glue Dot.
~Decide where you want your Words and attach to your Card Front,
4-Finish Card 2 The Detailed Die Cut Card
~Glue your Sponged Die Cut onto your Old Olive Card Base.
~Stamp your Words and Leaves on your Circle Die Cut with Old Olive ink.
~Attach your Words to your Card Front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
~If desired, Glue a 4″ x 5-1/4″ Basic White Card Insert inside your Card.
