This Oh My Fright Happy Halloween Card uses several Techniques including Heat Embossing. Here’s to my first Halloween Card of 2026! I LOVE the Shimmering Stripes Moon and Ghosts and that they are covered with Sparkles!

SUPPLIES:
Bundle: Oh My Fright Stamps + Dies
Ink Pads: Basic Black ink pad
Daffodil Delight ink pad
VersaMark ink pad
Cardstock: Basic Black cardstock
Basic White cardstock
Pumpkin Pie cardstock for Card Base if desired
Frightfully Fun Times 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Shimmering Stripes 12×12 Specialty Paper
Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine: Oh My Fright Dies (part of Bundle above
Heat Embossing: Heat Tool
Basics WOW Embossing Powders
Embellishments: Adhesive Backed Bats Ghosts & Dots
Tool: White Gel Pen
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue

INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Cut Your Papers:
~Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″. Your Card Base can be either Pumpkin Pie, Basic White, or Basic Black cardstock.
~DSP Print: 4″ x 5-1/4″
~Basic Black Card Front: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″.
~Optional Basic White Card Insert: 4″ x 5-1/4″.
2-Stamp & Heat Emboss:
~Words: Basic Black ink on Basic White cardstock. Fussy-cut out.
~Lay out your Stamps and Dies on your DSP Print to decide where you want them.
~Spider Web: VersaMark ink and Basic White Embossing Powder on your DSP Card Front.
~Bats: VersaMark ink and Black Embossing Powder on your DSP Card Front.
~Cat: VersaMark ink on Basic Black cardstock. Cut out with coordinating die.
3-Die Cutting:
~Black Cat if not already cut out.
~Ghost: I used the small inner die. Cut front Striped Shimmer Paper.
~Moon: Striped Shimmer Paper.
4-Finish Your Card:
~Glue your DSP Card Front to your Basic Black Card Front, then glue to your Card Base.
~Place your Moon die-cut directly onto your Daffodil Delight ink pad. Rub it so the ink will cover evenly. Lift up and let dry.
~Place a White Dot with your Gel Pen in the center Dot of the Cat;s Eyes.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of your Moon, Ghost, Cat, and Words.
~Lay out your pieces where you want them.
~Attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
~Add some Bats and Ghosts Embellishments if desired.
~Optional: Glue your Card Insert inside your Card Base.
