There are 14 states and Puerto Rico with a Sales Tax Holiday for School Supplies during July and August. The list of items below will be either state tax-free or subject to a reduced tax rate during the holiday period.
Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! during the tax holiday period to receive these items tax-free (from midnight local time on the first day through midnight local time on the last day of the holiday). Keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday and may not apply to additional county, city, or special jurisdiction taxes. How Exemption Limits Work: Sales tax will not be applied to qualifying items priced at or below the exemption limit specified for each state. There is no limit to the quantity of qualifying items that may be purchased, provided each individual item does not exceed the applicable state limit.
