This Pretty Lanterns in the Night Sky Card uses the May 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit and a few other supplies. I really like how it turned out!
SUPPLIES:
May 2026 Sparkling Celebrations Paper Pumpkin Kit
Ink Pad: Misty Moonlight ink pad
Cardstock: Thick Basic White cardstock
Adhesive: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-Choose Your Kit Supplies:
~Card Base with Small Light Bulb Lanterns
~Window Card Front
~Lamp Post Die cut
~Sheet with Small Lantern die cuts
2-Window:
~Punch all the pieces out of your Window.
~Fold your Windows open.
~Stamp your Words with Misty Moonlight ink under your Window.
3-Cut Your Papers:
~Thick Basic White Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Lantern Card Base: Place under your open Windows to decide which side you want showing: the left side like mine, or the right side.
~Cut the side you want at 4-1/4″ wide x 8-1/2″ tall. You will trim off the excess later.
4-Finish Your Card:
~Decide where to place your Lantern piece. I put the bottom of this piece so it touched the bottom of the Window. This leaves an opening so you can position the Lamp Post later.
~Glue your Lantern piece to your Window piece on the sides and top.
~Decide where you want your Lamp Post.
~Put glue on the back of your Lamp Post, leaving the bottom 1″ or so with no glue. Attach.
~Glue 1 Medium Light Bulb Lantern so it touches the top of your inside Window.
~Choose two Small Light Bulb Lanterns at angles slightly overlapping the top of the Medium Light Bulb.
~Glue your Card Front to your Card Base.
