INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Cut Your Papers:

~Basic White Card Base: 5-12″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~Pretty Peacock Banner: Choose the one that is 3-3/4″ wide.
~Pretty Peacock Small Banner: 1″ x 3-5/8″

2-Heat Embossing:

~Stamp your Graduation Cap with VersaMark ink on Pretty Peacock cardstock. You may need to stamp several times until you can see all parts of the cap on your cardstock.
~Cover your Stamping with Gold Embossing Powder. Remove excess. Melt with your Heat Tool.
~Stamp your Happy Graduation on Basic White cardstock with VersaMark. Again, stamp several times until you can see it.
~Cover with Gold Embossing Powder. Remove the excess. Melt with your Heat Tool.
~Put VersaMark around the edges of your Small Banner with either your ink pad OR the VersaMarker. You could also use a thin paint brush and the VersaMark ink refill. I did three sides, then Heat Embossed, the did the last side so I would be able to hold it and not get burned.
~Cover with Embossing Powder. Remove excess. Melt with your Heat Tool.

3-Graduation Cap:

~Cut your Graduation Cap between the top and the bottom.
~Poke a large hole in the center with no Gold for your Tassel.
~Cut 6-8 3″ pieces of Baker’s Twine.
~Fold in half with an extra piece of Baker’s Twine wrapped around the center. Use this extra Baker’s Twine to thread the folded Baker’s Twine about 1/4″ inside the hole to the back.
~Tape down your Fold with Tear & Tape to hold it to the back of your Cap.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the top of your Cap.
~You can attach the Cap Bottom to the Cap Top with a thin line of Glue OR Glue your Bottom Cap to your White Circle, then add your Top Cap so they slightly overlap with the Cap Top over the Bottom.

4-Finish Your Card:

~Cut out your Words with scissors.
~Decide where to place them and glue on.
~Glue your Large Banner onto your Card Base.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of both your Circle and Small Banner.
~Decide where to put them on your Large Banner.
~Attach.
