Butterfly Thank You Card

This Butterfly Thank You Card was included with one of my Stampin’ Up! orders. It has an interested color combination that I like. Use any supplies you want. Most of these are no longer in My Online Store. I have given some suggestions for substitutes.

Look for a Card in a couple of weeks where I use this as my inspiration. Next week should be Paper Pumpkin week if I get my kit in time…

SUPPLIES:

Stamps: I can’t find the Stamps used in the online store. Try these or choose your own image and words:
Beautiful Butterflies Stamps
Coneflower Celebration Stamps
Tags of Thanks Stamps (Available while supplies last)
Ink Pad: Flirty Flamingo ink pad
Cardstock: Flirty Flamingo cardstock
Basic White cardstock
Balmy Blue cardstock
Try Timeless Plaid 6×6 Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Ribbon: White 1/2″ Woven Ribbon (available while supplies last)
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Stampin’ Dimensionals

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Cut Your Papers:

~Flirty Flamingo Card Base: 4-1/4″ x 11″. Score and fold at 5-1/2″.
~DSP Print: 2″ x 4-1/4″
~Balmy Blue Layer: 2-3/4″ x 3″
~Basic White Layer: 2-1/2″ x 2-3/4″

2-Stamping:

~Butterfly or other image: Flirty Flamingo ink
~Words: Flirty Flamingo ink

Butterfly Thank You Card

3-Finish Your Card:

~Glue your DSP Print to your Card Base:
~Cut your Ribbon at about 6-1/2″.
~Wrap it around your Card Base and DSP Print with the ends in the center of your DSP Print.
~Attach the Ribbon ends to your DSP Print with Stampin’ Dimensionals on top. Put them half on and half off your Ribbon ends. You can also use Glue, Glue Dots, or Tear & Tape.
~Use Glue to attach your Basic White stamped layer to your Balmy Blue Layer.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of your Balmy Blue Layer
~Attach it to your Card Front.
~Stamp and write some words on the inside.

Your Butterfly Thank You Card is finished.
