This Wishing You a Happy Birthday Card uses the Floral Delights Suite. This card with it’s bright yellows and greens will make you feel like Spring.

Wishing You a Happy Birthday Card

SUPPLIES:

*=part of the Floral Delight Suite
Stamps: *Delightful Wishes Stamps (also part of a Die Bundle)
Ink Pad: Granny Apple Green ink pad
Cardstock: Granny Apple Green cardstock
Daffodil Delight cardstock
*Floral Delight 12×12 Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Ribbon: *Daffodil Delight 1/8″ Satin Ribbon
Embellishments: *Tiny Bee Trinkets
Adhesives: Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue
Tear & Tape
Stampin’ Dimensionals
Glue Dots

INSTRUCTIONS:

1-Cut Your Papers:

~Granny Apple Green Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
~DSP Print: 4″ x 5-1/4″. Cut 1″ off the left side
~Granny Apple Green Ribbon Strip: 3/8″ x 5-1/2″

2-Ribbon:

~Put Tear & Tape on the back of your Ribbon Strip.
~Cut your Ribbon at 18″ to 20″ long. Mine was about 16″.
~Wrap your Ribbon around your Ribbon Strip to decide where you want to tie your Bow.
~Also decide how much Ribbon you need to tie your Bow.
~Remove the Tear & Tape Backing and attach your Ribbon to the Tape.
~Wrap your Ribbon around the Strip and Tie your Bow.
~You can put a Glue Dot under the knot to hold your Bow in place.

3-Words:

~Stamp “Wishing” with Granny Apple Green ink on Daffodil Delight cardstock.
~Add your Happy Birthday Words close under your Wishing.
~Fussy cut them out with your scissors.
~Put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back.

4-Finish Your Card:

~Lay your DSP Print pieces on your card front to decide where you want them.
~Glue on both DSP Print pieces.
~Attach your Ribbon Strip with Glue over the seam where the two DSP Prints meet.
~Lay out your Words where you want them and attach.
~Use Glue Dots to attach several Tiny Bee Trinkets.

Your Wishing You a Happy Birthday Card is finished.
